Summary:

• He was born in a small, secluded Pokemon village in the region of Ilaan. He's stayed there for most of his life working as a sentry.


• He was sent by Boss, a Scrafty, to investigate a nearby Guild Town. He swiftly tried to make everyone like him and even became friends with a Snivy named Cass.


• ON an investigation with a team, him and his teammates discovered an abandoned library where they encountered Missingno.


• Reality was glitching worse and worse and they eventually discovered an alternate universe existed that was starting to intersect eith their own. If it fully intersected, Palkia would have erased Ilaan entirely from existence.


• They found out that the glitches were the cause of a group of scientists and corrupted Porygon.


• Kebi and his group eventually went in between the universes to destroy the last of the remaining glitch Pokemon and make sure the two universes didn't collide. Upon destroying the last glitches, everything went back to normal and they saved the day.


• Days later, Kebi and the rest of the team heard about rumors of an ancient artifact, a sword called The Speaker's Scimitar, that was lying in wait in the region of Hoenn. They decided to travel there and check it out.


• Soon after, one of their teammates had a dream where they heard of the very same artifact, but had to rescue someone first from their dreams.


• Upon rescue, the person that sent the dream message revealed information about The Speaker's Scimitar. It is in fact not real, but it still existed. The truth was it was once called The Dreamer's Edge, and to access it, one had to go through three layers of their subcocious battling themseves. If successfl, they would become Attuned and would be in better control of The Dreaworld.


• As the teammates made people come into lucidity and able to travel through the dreams of ithers and able to enter The Dreamworld, disaster struck again. Fallarbor was closed off in a bubble of Nightmares.


• Adventures throughout peoples' subconciousness and gaining Attubenebts still happened, but Kebi met someone in the Dreamworld named Velan. Velan acted increasingl suspicious until it turned out he was working for Darkrai.


• Kebi and his teammates did not confront him directly until enough people were Attuned and there was a backup plan just in case they failed. They did defeat him, only to be found out as one of his teammate's fathers. It turns out he was being mislead by Darkrai.


• Investigations started happening to find out who would be Darkrai's next right-hand 'Mon, the teammates trying to spread out to find as much information as possible.

Kebi is a very polite and well-spoken individual. He'll try to be as helpful and insightful as possible and he tries to take great care not to offend anyone. He's highly charismatic and tends to make sure things don't go badly. Every word or sentence he says, he tries to make sure it sounds like he means it. He's also a very patient and pacifistic individual. He's very intelligent and always prefers talking things through than fighting. However, even his patience has limits. If pushed too far, he'll get snappy and sarcastic

However, most of his politeness is a mask to hide a highly manipulative Pokemon. As said before, he'll try to construct sentences or lie in order to make things have a more favorable outcome to his plans. He's highly controlling of information, preferring to sneak, lie, and go behind others' backs in order to learn more about them so he has a better grasp on the situation. He may even lie to or manipulate others so they'll participate in his lies. He's also very analytical, making note of everything everyone says or does to help him manipulate people.

But that's not to say his manipulation is outright malevolent. He's just paranoid. Very paranoid, but not to the point where he'll believe that vegetable aliens could mind control people if you eat broccoli or lettuce. He'll just be aware that there's a very small possibility of that being true and would want to be prepared just in case it happens. He's seen so much out of the norm for him that he truly believes anything is possible. Most of the time, he's wrong and... he's not even paranoid enough to consider every possibility. He just overthinks things and how they could go wrong and frequently gets blindsided by things he hasn't ever thought of.

Though he's paranoid, if you can get him to actually trust you, then he'll be a great ally. He puts on the mask of caring about others, of great compassion, but he really only cares about his friends and family. If someone become friends with him, he'll be much more casual and open to them, even joking around a little. But there's a small downside, as he may grow a little overprotective of his friends if they truly are in danger and helpless.

Gem Considerations: Fluorite 1, 2

It is said that Fluorite can aid one get rid of stress, misguided and disorganized thoughts, and negative energies. This fits in very well as he is very paranoid and needs to not be so paranoid. Another thing Fluorite is said to do is work well with, adapt, and empower other stones. Kebi usually enjoys taking a more supportive role in battle and has gotten used to working in a team. He'll go for tactics that interfere and debilitate the opponent without ever landing a single physical blow of his own. Kebi is also a very curious individual who likes to learn things. Fluorite improves the learning process and mental clarity. This also fits in particularly well with Kebi.

The location of his gem will be on his forehead and his gem weapon will be a tail blade that attatches to the blunt end of his tail. Sort of like this, but looks more like a Seviper.

Power considerations:

• Darkness Blast (Dark Pulse)


• Danger Intuition (Savage Worlds Edge: Danger Sense)


• Dream Manipulation (Limits: Can control ones' dreams as if omnipotent, but has very hard tome altering others and can only do very simple things. Must have some sort of "connection" with other people in order to enter the dreams of others. Going deeper and deeper into the subconcious layers also dampens this power. Can only use this ability while asleep. He is not Attuned.)

As a Pokemon, he has a number of moves that would be considered unnatural to normal snakes such as Flamethrower, Screech, Night Shade, Danger Sense, and the ability to enter and manipulate dreams. He's used these abilities so much, that he's extremely used to him. It will be extremely jarring for him to lose these abilities and will make him feel generally uncomfortable. He'll definitely want his normal powers and Pokemon Moves back as he feels much more comfortable with them if he has to use them.

If he gets any unfamiliar powers, he'll definitely be curious about them and try to test out what their limits are. He'll also consider how to use them to the best of his ability.

Sample:A hole that was made for him. He knew he shouldn't have. He knew he should have gone back to the campsite to the north of Lilycove. He should have warned everyone. BM the Rotom, Verne the Lopunny, Maels the pink Ampharos, Hiram the Vulpix, BM the Rotom, perhaps even Mew or Mewtwo. But he just HAD to know. The hole was made for him and he is a highly curious individual. So he went in.

Now, he doesn't know where he is at all. There are butterflies in his stomach and he's extremely on edge. But everyone that was in this... temple, Kebi thinks this is, wouldn't have to know how unsettled he is and how much he dislikes this current situation. Instead, he'd put on a nice, polite facade and try to find out how to get home. This is no dream, he discovered, when he tried conjuring something and it didn't work. There wasn't even a feeling of any fizzle when he normally fails. This is real and he has to escape.

...Except... perhaps he can escape later. This is a whole new location he's in and he'd love to learn more about it. He'd analyze everything and everyone, finding out as much as he can. Who he can trust and who he can't. With his tail, he adjusted the black and red cape that sort of made him look like a vampire, and scanned the room with his keen eyes, deciding which person to approach first. Humans are out. He wouldn't understand them. Forget trying to communicate with them.

But just then, he heard the words of a human. He understood them perfectly and his head whipped around, eyes widened in surprise. He knew what each individual word said. He never knew that could happen. Kebi chrds long.astised himself, thinking that he should have known that this could happen. Anything could happen, And Kebi now has a new first goal: Find out why exactly he can understand humans He slithers up to one of them and bows very politely.
